The Mysterious Path

 Tuesday: The Mysterious Path

The animals kept coming. More and more, from every direction—rushing past them, as if running from an unseen threat. The sky was still growing darker, the clouds swirling, and the air was thick with the tension of an approaching storm.

Jas watched them with a mix of fascination and dread. “This doesn’t feel like a regular migration. It’s like they’re being forced to go somewhere. But where?”

“Wherever it is,” Roman said, “it’s not safe. I think the birds and animals are leading us.”

Ivy Mae looked down at the packed bag at her feet, then back at the animals moving in a near-panic. "Maybe we should follow them."

Jas glanced at her, uncertainty clouding their face. “Follow them? You mean... walk with the animals?”

“It’s better than staying here and waiting for whatever’s coming,” Ivy Mae said, her voice firm. “They know something we don’t. Maybe they’re going to safety.”
